Service limitations. Burr is a productivity application for grocery, shopping-list, task, reminder, household-coordination, and optional AI-assisted list functions. Burr is not a medical, emergency, life-safety, medication-management, childcare-safety, professional-advice, or other safety-critical system. Users should not rely on Burr or any Burr feature where failure, delay, inaccuracy, or unavailability could result in harm. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.
Privacy and data use. Burr collects, uses, shares, retains, and safeguards information as described in its privacy materials. Burr’s features may involve account information, task and shopping data, saved locations, notifications, subscription records, consent records, household-sharing activity, AI-related content, and service-provider processing. AI limitations. Optional AI features are assistive only and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or misleading results. AI-generated content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, safety, nutritional, emergency, or other professional advice. Burr’s current v1 AI features are designed to organize products and assist with lists, not to classify users, infer health status, identify health-care seekers, create consumer health profiles, make advertising decisions, or produce legal or similarly significant automated decisions.
Household sharing. Household sharing is user-directed. Content shared with a household may be visible to household members and may reveal dietary preferences, habits, schedules, locations, or sensitive items, including health-related products. Users should not share items or tasks they want to keep private.
Security and third-party services. Adaely Group LLC uses commercially reasonable safeguards and relies on third-party providers to operate Burr. No service, device permission, network, notification, geofence, weather signal, AI provider, hosting provider, email provider, app-store service, diagnostic tool, backup process, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, accurate, or completely secure.
Washington consumer health data position. Adaely Group LLC documents Burr’s current v1 ordinary operations on the position that Burr does not collect, process, share, sell, disclose, or derive consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act. Nothing in this disclaimer should be construed as an admission that Burr currently processes consumer health data, health data, medical data, or health-breach-regulated information. Any incident, future feature, or changed data flow that could affect this position should be evaluated based on the specific facts, applicable law, and counsel review before launch, classification, external notice, regulator filing, or public statement.
